Our History

We Dharamshila Belting Pvt Ltd, a breakaway group of Hilton Rubbers Ltd which was incepted in 1972 by Late Sh. D.S Khanna, the Founder of Hilton Rubbers Ltd. (HRL). He established a fully fledged manufacturing plant at Vill. Rai, Sonepat, Haryana to develop Rubber Transmission Belts. In the year 1973 & 1974, the company also started developing rubber conveyor belts up to 1000 mm width along with Industrial V-Belts and Automotive Belts.

For developing conveyor belts of 1000mm & 1500mm width, a new manufacturing plant was established at Vill. Badhkhalsa Sonepat in 1983. In the year 1985, the company  obtained know how for both raw edge and wrapped V-Belts from key manufacturer in West Germany. In 1986, started  raw edge V-Belts at Badhkhalsa and in 1987 started  wrapped V-Belts at Badhkhalsa.

In 1990/93, started manufacturing Rubber Conveyor Belts  in width range of 1500 mm and upto 2400 mm at Badhkhalsa. In the year 1994, V-Belt Plant at Rai became an independent unit for manufacturing V-Belts with know how obtained from the world wide reputed manufacturers of V.Belts in West Germany. A new quality of V-Belts was introduced in 1996 under the brand of TURBOFLEX, in 2002, EMCON brand was introduced and then in 2009 EURO ZETA brand was introduced. In 2012, Company started another plant at Village Sanpera, Tehsil Ganaur, Sonepat with new infrastructure and increased capacity.
